Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful Ravioli.  Your Chef Instructor will demonstrate how to make this original stuffed pasta with a classic cheese blend of Ricotta, Parmesan and Pecorino cheese along with a traditional fresh tomato sauce.
